My interest in the fitness industry began about eight years ago. Since then, I have worked with age groups from teen to elderly and many conditions including paralysis & cancer. I am a highly skilled in-home personal trainer throughout Boise, Meridian, Eagle, & Nampa with experience in exercise prescription for various ailments. Whatever your goal is, whatever your need is, whatever your schedule is, I can work with you.
I primarily got into the health & fitness industry as a young teen due to my chronic conditions. I have dystonia, hypothyroid, TMJ, & a few others. I had to learn at a young age how to take preventative measures for my health. I have to eat healthy & exercise in order to feel just as good as the average person. My family has almost every disease there is; cancer, hypothyroid, heart disease, diabetes, & various others, so my genetics are against me. I’ve been through my ups & downs. I’ve been too thin. I’ve been too flabby. I’ve touched basically every angle of disordered eating & chronic exercise. I know the struggles because I’ve faced them too. With my techniques & dedication, I‘ve healed my scoliosis, acid reflux, and gastritis and have achieved permanent healthy lifestyle habits. Whatever you’ve been through, I’m proud of you for persevering & staying with it. If you have any chronic health condition, I can train you and get you to your goals. You don’t have to completely restrict your life due to your health issues. I understand & I’m here for you as your personal trainer with personal experience. You’re not as limited as you think. We can conquer & succeed together. I understand that adapting new habits is difficult and often times fails.
